Meet Christine Cronick – one of Oak Island’s top producers with 18 years in the Brunswick County market and leader of the award winning Team Cronick.   As a real estate professional, Christine brings an impressive blend of talent, skill, knowledge, and support to her clients. Her education as an engineer, and experience in both commercial and residential construction, makes for an impressive combination of capabilities.

She was efficient in showing us homes that met our criteria, offered great insight into different areas, and was super proactive in helping coordinate the due diligence process and ensuring everything was kept on-track. Where should we begin!
We met Cindy over three years ago and she has become our friend!

She has continually gone out of her way to make sure we were contacted as soon as any and all properties came on the market. She was more diligent than we were in keeping us posted on new properties that came on the market. Often, she would go to the house and walk through with us on video chat to see it when we were unable to make the trip to see it.

She stayed with us for over three years trying to help us from a long distance. Many relators would have probably just waited for us to call, but not Cindy - she kept trying!

She always answered her phone when we called. She met us on weekends and many last minute showing when were in the area - she was always available!

We made a few offers along the way - that ultimately fell through, but she was with use every step of the way. Again, I can't say it enough, she never stopped trying and didn't give up.

Finally, all her hard work paid off, she helped us find the home of our dreams! We settled in February 2021! In this crazy market, she called us immediately when this home went on the market and we were able to quickly get to see the house. She grabbed the first available showing before even getting us on the phone to confirm that we could come! She worked so hard at all the details and helped us with every question, nothing was too small. She answered every question and dug up anything we wanted. She found sketches of the home, and asked the owners all the questions we had. She gave us information on everything from insurance to plumbers to local contractors, landscaping and all home services.

We truly can not rate her high enough. She has bee a blessing to us and we are very grateful Thank you - Cindy!
